McGregor Gourlay gives ag students a head start
McGregor Gourlay in conjunction with Moree Secondary College, is pleased to welcome on board Charlotte Meppem, our first recipient to receive scholarship assistance while studying agriculture at university.
Charlotte is part of a sixth generation family to work on the land, her parents owning a grazing property east of Bellata. She will commence her Rural Science degree at the University of New England, Armidale next month.
I’m really lucky, she said.
McGregor Gourlay is one of the leading agribusiness companies we have in Moree and if they’re willing to give you an absolute head start, it’s everything you’re looking for if you’re passionate about what you want to do.” – The Moree Champion
The programme will provide a great opportunity to invest in local, young talent to ensure they remain in the agriculture industry moving forward. Congratulations Charlotte !
Congratulations & welcome to the team Charlotte Meppem, our 2018 McGregor Gourlay Ag Studies Scholarship recipient. #mcgregorgourlayscholarships
