McGregor Gourlay’s Ultimate Weber Traveler BBQ Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

The McGregor Gourlay’s Ultimate Weber Traveler BBQ Promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:01 AM AEST on May 15th, 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on June 30th, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

This Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who make a qualifying purchase at any McGregor Gourlay store or via the official McGregor Gourlay website during the Promotion Period. Employees of McGregor Gourlay, their immediate families, associated companies, and agencies are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must:

• Make a qualifying purchase of $500.00 inc GST from the product range of any of the brands featured in the 2025 McGregor Gourlay EOFY Catalogue during the Promotion Period. Participating products must be clearly listed in the EOFY Catalogue, available at https://mcgregorgourlay.com.au/eofy-catalogue-2025/. Product availability may vary by store.
• Upload their details via the 2025 McGregor Gourlay EOFY Catalogue QR Code/Entry Form, providing their full name, valid email address, contact phone number, postcode, purchasing branch, receipt number and purchase amount.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Requirements

• Each valid receipt may only be submitted once.
• Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying purchase, unique receipt, and completed QR Code Entry Form.
• All entries must be received by the close of the Promotion Period.
• Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties, including internet or device issues, that may prevent an entry from being successfully submitted.

Prizes

The following prizes are available to be won:

• 16 × Weber Q Traveler BBQs and 16 × BBQ Gift Packs containing BBQ tools, apron, cap, stubby cooler and chopping board (valued at $625.00 each).
• Please note that a BBQ gas bottle is not included in this prize.
• Total prize pool valued at approximately $10,000.00.

Prize Draw

• The prize draw will take place at Moree on Monday, 14 July at 4pm.
• Winners will be selected via a random electronic draw.
• The first 16 valid entries drawn will each receive one (1) Weber Q Traveler BBQ and one (1) BBQ Gift Pack.
• Winners will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
• Winners’ names may be published on the McGregor Gourlay website and social media platforms on Monday, 14 July 2025.
• If a selected winner is later found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Prize Delivery

• Prizes are to be picked up from the winner’s local McGregor Gourlay branch within eight (8) weeks of the prize draw.
• Delivery timeframes are approximate only and may vary.
• Proof of identity may be required before prize delivery.

Unclaimed Prizes

• If a prize remains unclaimed after 90 days of notification, a redraw may take place at the same location as the original draw.
• Any winners from the redraw will be notified by email and phone within two (2) business days.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion.
• Permit numbers will be added if required by local regulations.

Privacy

• By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and for promotional purposes.and for promotional purposes.
• Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://mcgregorgourlay.com.au/privacy-policy/
• Entrants may opt out of receiving future promotional communications from the Promoter.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
Entrants release social media platforms from any liability arising from or in connection with this Promotion.
