Emerging Leaders’ Program
At McGregor Gourlay we believe our people are our business and making an investment in developing their skill sets is time well spent.
To that end we have identified 14 of its up and comers as having the necessary qualities to drive the business forward in the future.
Accordingly, we have developed an emerging leaders’ program which will be conducted over the next 12 months.
The first learning module around all things financial, which was facilitated by our General Manager Michael Slater, with leadership experiences shared by Moree Mayor Mark Johnson, recently held in Moree at the amazing facilities at @SocialCoHouse
