Position Available: Merchandise Sales Role – Warialda

With a history of over 127 years of service, the McGregor Gourlay Agricultural Services team is at the forefront of agriculture, with an outstanding level of experience across a wide range of cropping environments, to assist our customers pioneer production into new areas across the region and maximise the potential of their cropping and livestock operations.

Based at our Warialda Branch and reporting to the Branch Manager, you will become an important member of our busy and dynamic team. You will have the exciting opportunity to work with some of the industry’s most progressive growers and producers in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.

– Manage stock, including the receipt and dispatch of goods.

– Maintain yard, storage areas and machinery.

– Operate forklifts and assist with truck unloading (training available if required).

– Provide administrative and operational support to the branch.

– Assist with general day-to-day branch duties.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

– Hold a current driver’s licence.

– Hold or be willing to obtain a truck licence.

– Hold or be willing to obtain a forklift licence.

– Preferably have experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

– Preferably have knowledge or interest in agriculture.

– Demonstrate strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

This position is well suited to someone with customer service experience looking to build a long-term career in the agricultural industry.
